I am currently 16 and a sophmore in high school, also in a flight school at my local airport, completed my first solo recently and have 20hours logged, im going for around 150 by the time i graduate. I have solid grades and involved in many activities, class president, wrestling, nominated for leadership seminar, job ect. I have always been brought up with the idea of joining the marines as a pilot. What are the upsides of the army flight program as oppose to the marines and airforce, ive heard of high school to flight school how does it work and would i be a better canidate for a warrant officer selection with prior flight training?
Everything that you wanna know:
It's hard to get selected for WOFT(high school to flight school). Many will have some college experience too, but your flight hours will help you. Read through all this and you should have a good idea.
